The right skill mix will be based on a balanced schedule which will evaluate the skills of the staff and then balance them according to their competency. The most suitable patient/staff ratio should not exceed 5:1. By disciplines, the clinic will utilize competency guidelines from accredited professional bodies such as American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACPR).
