How do I place an order with your company?

What are your services and pricing policy?

We offer custom services in different fields as explained in the “services” page. Our services consist of ten different urgency levels and four levels of professional freelancers.

Once you complete the order form, you will get a personal account. Click the “checkout” link below your newly created order. You will be able to use debit/credit card. Just like any other reputable online retailer uses, payments are processed by a secure third-party service.

How can I monitor the progress of my order?

Your order status is updated on constant basis automatically on your personal profile on the website. There are also multiple ways to contact our qualified Support team and your freelancer to monitor your order progress. You are welcome to take advantage of our unique messaging system, available for you after the order is placed. How long will it take to deliver my work?

We use a honest and realistic approach to deadlines. The delivery time depends on your instructions, the urgency level of your order and the level of freelancer you choose. Experience tells us that we can deliver most orders within 24 hours. However we suggest that you place your order as soon as possible to give us extra time in case we need to do more research. If we can not meet your deadline or if it requires extra time we will contact you to discuss your order. We will take whatever steps necessary to fulfill your order on time guaranteed.

How will I get my delivery?

Once an order is placed, you will have an opportunity to log in to your personal profile on the website and monitor its progress. The completed work can be downloaded from there. You can also request the work to be sent directly to your email.

Can you assure me that my work will be original?
