Technological advancements are surrounding us nowadays; the same number of people utilize these improvements to attempt and make our lives a little less difficult. These progressions influence all parts of our lives consistently, whether it includes sending an email or chatting on Skype, we have kept on advancing our method for correspondence starting with one then onto the next. This progression in correspondence is for the ordinary individual, as well as has developed for law enforcement agencies all through the United States. Throughout this paper, we will identify the technological tools that might be used in the communication process. Next, we will discuss how current technology might be used to communicate more efficiently within the various areas of the criminal justice system. Then, we will explain the future technologies that are non-existing currently. Last, we will discuss if we foresee it being used to further communication, particularly in interview and interrogation situations. Law enforcement officers must be able to communicate with the public, persons of interest, individuals with disabilities but most importantly with each other. The tools which they have in use today are in dash cameras which capture in real time what is happening at that given moment. This information can be used in court as well as used for future training and alleviate potential lawsuits and provide clarity and validation of what occurred.
