Assume that you recently graduated with a major in Finance and you landed a job as a financial planner with a large financial services corporation. The organization where you work has a research-intensive, value-based philosophy of investment that could be summarized as “managing clients’ assets to earn maximum returns at minimum risk”. Your assignment is to manage wealthy clients’ assets. The minimum investment of each client is $100,000 and most of the investments are long-term (five years or longer).

Write a 8 to 10 page double-spaced paper discussing in detail:

Investment alternatives including diversified asset mix (bonds, stocks, derivatives, etc.) you would recommend based on each client’s needs and situations.
Account management strategies. Include both passive and active strategies.
The state of the economy’s effects on assets’ management.

The impact of estate and other tax considerations to provide optimal financial outcomes.

Write a 5-7 or more page double-spaced paper using APA or MLA.

Write a case study using the symbolic interactionist perspective on deviance such as violent crime. Once you have identified a case, outline the facts and then complete a biography on the subject. Analyze socialization agents (family, friends or peers, co-workers, and mass media such as radio, tv, books, video games, webpages, etc.) in the subject’s life that may have impacted behavior. For example, Eric Harris was one of two students who committed mass murder at Columbine High School. A case study was conducted to include a biography and analysis of socialization agents. Mass media, specifically video games, was determined to have played a role in Eric’s attitude and behavior. This conclusion led to new social policy requiring warning lables on violent video games.
