Specifically, this assignment requires you to prepare a real-world visual presentation that identifies, more than one of each, internal and external factors that can assist a leadership and organization to be ready to accept change. You should have a well-thought out argument and discussion that culminates with the opportunity for a Board of Directors, or other leadership team, to be informed about the need for a change-agile organization, and sufficiently influenced to want to become change-agile.
